- All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defect.
- Customer has 30 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by Flora Nail Shop and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns or Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Any refund issued will be subject to a 5% fee, regardless of the reason for the refund. This includes order cancellation.)
- Absolutely NO returns/exchanges on discontinued, sale or used merchandise.
- There are no returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
